Xiamen Xiashun Aluminium Foil Co., Ltd. was established.

Huli Aluminium Foil Plant Phase I was completed and put into production. The annual production capacity was 6,000 MT.

Xiashun was certified by Det Norske Veritas with ISO 9001.

Huli Aluminium Foil Plant Phase II was completed and put into production. The annual production capacity was increased to 20,000 MT.

Xiashun was certified with ISO 14001.

Haicang Aluminium Foil Plant Phase III Stage I was completed and put into production. The annual production capacity was increased to 50,000 MT.

Haicang Aluminium Foil Plant Phase III Stage II was completed and put into production. The annual production capacity amounted to 80,000 MT.

Xiashun was certified with OHSAS 18001.

Xiashun Haicang sheet plant commenced production, and extended Xiashun's value chain upstream. It has an annual capacity of 220,000 MT high precision aluminum sheet (including CTP sheets and foil stock), and can be expanded to 300,000 MT by further investment.

Xiashun Haicang Sheet Plant Melting & Casting Line 2 was completed and put into production, thus ensuring recycling of all scrap generated by downstream processes; and increasing the flexibility of aluminium slab production and the reliability of aluminium slab supply.

Xiashun and Yunnan Aluminium Co., Ltd. jointly established Yunnan Yongshun Aluminium Co., Ltd., extending the industrial chain upstream and ensuring stable supply of low carbon aluminum slab.

Haicang Aluminium Foil Plant--PhaseⅣ StageⅠ was completed and put into production. The annual production capacity was 40,000MT. This will enable Xiashun to maintain its leading position in the packaging foil field and actively pursue the power battery foil market.

Yunnan Yongshun Aluminium Co., Ltd. was officially put into production to provide Xiashun with stable supply of top quality aluminium slab using aluminum produced by using hydroelectric power.
